Refund Policy

For returns, please contact Mi Amor Clothing Boutique via email at info@miamorclothing.com or by phone 1-778-476-4411 to initiate a return.

Mi Amor Clothing Boutique accepts returns within North America only on regular priced items that meet the following requirements:

  1. Return is initiated and mailed back by the customer within 7 days of delivery date.
  2. The item(s) is new, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached.
  3. Return shipping cost will be at the customers expense and the parcel needs to be sent back with insurance and tracking number.
  4. Package sent without tracking number will not be eligible for reimbursement.

 

Please inform us of the return tracking number so that we can monitor the shipment of your parcel.

Once the parcel has been received at our store, and is approved for return to our selling floor, we will then initiate the refund.

All sale items are a FINAL SALE.

Exchanges:

Exchanges must meet the following requirements:

  3. The item(s) is new, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached.
  4. Any new shipping costs will be at the customers expense.
